the room was fashionable and neat, included with lot of space in the cupboard and tea, for instance. had a bidet, shower caps, and bath sheets in the bathroom. the location of the property was great, to the center to where you can...  

The rooms were all modern and practical with tea and coffee. A microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities were provided if needed.

I had really really nice time here, particularly good and unbeatable location!

The queen room was freshly renovated, had closet space and two windows. The bathroom with a bidet. Location: the hotel was so close to good supermarket and Roma Termini and the city walls. I dined close to the property at Ops...  

Fantastic location for visiting restaurants and bars. Walking distance to several stores and a GOOD supermarket across the street.

Easy to find, good location, well run, extremely helpful staff, good sized room and facilities. We will stay here again and recommend Imperial Suite to anyone wishing to visit Rome.

Great value for money in residential area near the city center. Staff were friendly and room had basic amenities with tea and coffee provided. Breakfast had vegan options too.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. We arrived after check in, quite late at night and someone came straight to let us in-just let them know before arrival. Great restaurants in immediate surrounding area. Easy to walk to Trevi Fountain, Termini etc and easy bus and metro for Vatican, Colleseum etc. Room was lovely and everything you would need.

No proper curtains and double bed was two mattresses but they put new curtains up on our departure and bed was very comfy.

The staff were very willing to help us get to our destinations. They were friendly and our room was very well kept. It was a great place to stay.

Both room and bathroom were very clean. Although small in size, room and bathroom had a very neat and modern look, with all the regular facilities (mini-bar, safe, hairdryer, etc.). No Phone on the room though. Good location, not too far from city center, with bus stop near by. Many little restaurants in the neighborhood. Staff was helpful in finding your way around.

This is not a Hotel, but 8-10 rooms (with bathrooms), and a tiny breakfast area. There is no lobby per se, but just a small desk by the entrance door. The breakfast is mediocre, although served by helpful staff. The "Hotel" is at the 5th floor of a building in need of some urgent refreshing. If you are looking for a clean room, and don't necessarily seek the comforts of a regular hotel, this will do fine. I did find the "Hotel" website very misleading.

Everything was great...clean, comfort, good breakfast, great coffee and Damian the Great :o) who was very helpful and always smiling. Location is also very good...good connected, near Termini and historic center. What can I say - we were delighted!!!

The host was incredibly kind and helpful with explaining the city on the map, making it easy for us to navigate. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was big and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking.
